Tahoe Rental Connection, Inc offers a limited selection of rentals available for lease seasonally, for periods of 1-6 months. Each property differs, so please see the Property Description and call us to inquire or apply for specific properties at 800-542-2100.Seasonal rentals are fully furnished, and pets are not allowed unless otherwise indicated.
You must be 21 years or older to apply. All adults occupying a rental must complete a separate rental application and be named on the lease and submit the application along with a photo copy of your ID, proof of employment and/or a copy of your job offer letter and a copy of your VISA where applicable. Application fees can be paid along with the Security Deposit or other move-in costs, or via check or money order made payable to “TRC”.
Occupancy at each unit is limited and over occupancy and/or subletting will not be tolerated. Unless otherwise indicated in the Property description, tenants are responsible for snow removal and having the carpets professionally cleaned upon departure. If the unit has a hot tub, the tenants are responsible for all maintenance. All ski leases require a security deposit which shall be equal to or greater than one month’s rent, and the security deposit is due in advance in order to hold the unit. 1st month’s rent, cleaning fee and any remaining move-in costs due must be paid in full on or before your move-in date. Our office cannot accept cash payments! Please bring your payments in via cashier’s check or money order. You may also pay via wire transfer and most major credit cards with full payment of any associated fees.
Gas and electricity are partially paid by the owner with the tenants being responsible for any amount over the amount specified in the lease agreement.
Please note that the total listed for December Rent is due regardless of your move in date and if a pro-rated amount is due it will be applied to the last month’s rent.
Security Deposits – Once you have received notification that you are approved for a rental, you must make payment arrangements within 48 hours and provide proof to our office or the unit may be awarded to a different group. Security Deposits must be paid in full in order to hold the unit until your arrival. Once we have received the security deposit payment we will create and send you your lease agreement with instructions to sign and agree to the terms. Per California Law, we must return your security deposit within 21 days of the date that you return your keys to our office and surrender possession of the property. Tahoe Rental Connection will make the best effort to expedite the return of the deposit but cannot guarantee it’s return sooner that the 21 days. PLAN AHEAD! To ensure there are no unnecessary delays, please make sure your entire group discusses and agrees upon how you want the deposit refund processed before your move out date, and provide that information to our office along with any required documentation or signatures so that when the time comes, we have everything necessary to complete the transaction in a timely manner.
